Return & Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

• The suit must be unused, unstitched and in its original packaging.

• If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will exchange it free of charge. Please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: 0328 8999323

• For returns for any other reason, the customer pays the delivery charges.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 days after we receive the item.
