How do I place an order for unstitched designer suits?

Ordering your favorite unstitched collections from top brands like Sana Safinaz, Bareeze, Sapphire, and more is quick and simple:

Guest Checkout: Add items to your cart, click checkout, fill in your shipping details, select a payment method, and click Place Order.
Account Checkout: Log into your Soukyfy account, proceed to checkout from your shopping cart, verify your shipping address, select your payment method, and complete the order.

What are the benefits of creating a Soukyfy account?

Creating an account offers several advantages:

Easy management and instant redemption of Store Credit for refunds or inventory adjustments.
Full access to your order history and real-time tracking updates.
Early notification regarding new unstitched lawn drops, luxury collection launches, and sales.

What should I do if I forget my account password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page of www.soukyfy.com. Enter your registered email address to receive an instant password reset link, then follow the prompts to create a new password.

Order Verification & Tracking

How are orders confirmed?

After placing an order, an SMS containing a One-Time Verification Code (OTP) is sent to your mobile number. Entering this code on-screen instantly confirms your order.

What happens if I miss entering the verification code?

If the OTP is not entered, our customer support team will attempt to reach you via up to 3 confirmation calls. If these calls go unattended, the order will be automatically canceled.

What do the different order statuses mean?

Awaiting Confirmation: Order submitted, but OTP verification is pending. Orders can still be canceled at this stage.
Confirmed: Contact and address details are verified via SMS or phone call.
Processing: Payment authorization is in progress for prepaid credit/debit card orders.
Processing at Warehouse: Order details are sent to our central fulfillment center for picking and packing. Modifications or cancellations are no longer possible once this stage is reached.
Pending Order: Temporary dispatch hold due to high demand or stock updates. Our team resolves inventory allocation within 4 to 5 working days.
Complete: Unstitched suit package is packed, assigned a courier tracking number, and handed over for delivery.

Payments & Store Credit

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan.
Online Payments via Debit or Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard).

Is Cash on Delivery available for international orders?

No. Cash on Delivery is strictly available within Pakistan. All international shipments must be fully prepaid at checkout.

What is Store Credit and how do I redeem it?

Store Credit is a digital currency issued to your Soukyfy account in cases of approved returns, out-of-stock items, or cancellations.

To Redeem: Log into your account on www.soukyfy.com, add your unstitched suits to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
Check the Apply Store Credit box on the payment step, and the balance will automatically deduct from your order total.
Note: Store Credit is valid exclusively for online purchases on our website.

Shipping, Returns & Delivery

Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is submitted into our system, items, sizes, or shipping addresses cannot be modified.

Can I open the parcel before paying the courier (COD)?

No. Couriers do not permit parcel inspection before full payment is collected. If you discover a defect or incorrect article after opening the package, contact our support team immediately at +92309-9776669 or email soukyfy@gmail.com within 14 days.
