Order Delivery Timelines

Every piece of unstitched fabric undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch to ensure premium quality upon delivery.

Domestic (Pakistan): 7–14 working days following order confirmation.
International Shipping: 10–21 working days following order confirmation.
Couture & Custom Orders: 10–15 weeks following order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

Processing Schedule: Orders placed Monday through Friday are verified within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter processing on the next working business day. Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume sales or seasonal lawn collection launches.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders require phone verification. Our team will attempt up to 3 confirmation calls. Unconfirmed orders after 3 attempts are automatically canceled.
Online Payments: Credit/debit card transactions undergo secure automated fraud screening. Orders that fail security checks are canceled immediately for your safety.
Shipment Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders if it does not appear in your primary inbox.

Shipping Charges & Customs

Domestic Delivery Flat Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 across all cities in Pakistan.
International Delivery Fees: Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on destination, total package weight, and volumetric dimensions. Cash on Delivery is not available for international destinations.
Import Taxes & Customs Duties: International orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. All additional customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Courier Network & Logistics

We partner with leading regional and global logistics providers to ensure fast, safe, and traceable delivery:

Domestic Logistics Partners: Call Courier, WithRider, Leopards Courier, TCS, BlueEx, Swyft, MoveX, and M&P.
International Express Carriers: SkyNet, DHL Express, and FedEx.

Orders are dynamically routed to specific courier services based on destination coverage and performance metrics to minimize delays.

Address Modifications & Cancellations

Address Changes: Once an order is placed (COD or prepaid), shipping addresses cannot be edited or updated.
Customer Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or modified upon request prior to entering the warehouse processing stage.
Store Right to Cancel: Soukyfy reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to out-of-stock items, system pricing errors, declined card payments, non-serviceable locations, high account return ratios, or flagged transaction security risks.
